Shipping Policy
We ship all of our packages via USPS unless requested otherwise. Default shipping method will be USPS First-Class. Packages can be upgraded. We do not and cannot guarantee shipping times. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer liable for what happens to your order. This includes delivery times, lost and damaged packages. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation, but we may instruct you to contact USPS with further inquiries.
Our current processing times are stated in each listing and/or on our main page. Processing times will change and may not be announced. You may contact us to see if it is possible to expedite your order for an additional charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted on custom items, which includes anything that the buyer makes choices that affect the product made. This can include, but is not limited to color, size, hardware, and name personalization. Almost all of the products that we sell are considered custom and returns/exchanges are not accepted.
Returns and/or exchanges are available only in the instance in which there is a defect due to product quality (i.e. faulty hardware) or manufacturing errors. This does not include the wrong size being ordered, not liking the color ordered, or using a product in a manner that it is not intended, whether explicitly stated in the product description or not.
It is ultimately up to us, as the seller, to decide if a return or exchange will be offered. All situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
